Strong and Beautiful. Interview with Yessica Martinez

At only 21 years old, Yessica Martinez, is quickly becoming a well known powerlifter. With PRs of 305 in the squat, 180 bench and 320 deadlift, this 132 pound weight class lifter combines impressive strength and a head turning physique. Martinez got into powerlifting after a successful career as a basketball and volleyball player in Dade County Florida. Once she began training at Idolmaker Physique and Performance in Miami, FL, people began to take notice of her talent and strength. Martinez is passionate about training, competing and providing a good role model to show women that you can be strong and sexy.

Twenty One year old Yessica Martinez demonstrates an amazing combination of beauty and strength as she goes through her Dynamic Effort Upper Body training.

Martinez is determined to prove that women can train hard and heavy, while still having a great physique. Listen up as Chad talks with Yessica about Idolmaker, her training, diet and goals!
