This past weekend, in addition to breaking the Raw Squat American Record, Chad had the chance to sit down with some of the best strength athletes in the world to talk about what has made them great. If you wanna maximize your abilities, you need to listen to people who have done the same.

Brian Carroll

#3 All-Time total at 275s of 2730 pounds, is a member of team EliteFTS.com and broke the World Record 275s squat with an effort of 1185 pounds. Brian gives his philosophy on cutting weight, program design and his mentality coming into a big meet.

Michael Keck

has a varied athletic background, having played college football at Western Kentucky University, competed as a natural bodybuilder in the NPC and competing in raw powerlifting. Michael utilizes the Sheiko system for his training and has devised the Modified Warrior Diet.
