Building The Championship Strength Athlete

Written by

There are some things that all strength athletes need to do well. All those looking to succeed at the highest level must have maximal strength, explosive strength, special strength and work capacity. Whether you are a powerlifter, strongman, weightlifter, thrower or Crossfitter, you must have all of those qualities in varying proportions. In this hour plus long presentation, Chad Wesley Smith, a pro strongman/record holding powerlifter/track & field national champion, lays out his ideas of how to best develop these qualities to maximize your performance in whatever your strength discipline(s) of choice may be.

Check out this free preview of Chad’s presentation “Building The Championship Strength Athlete” from the Juggernaut Seminar Series at Derby City Crossfit in Louisville, KY in February 2013…
