I always considered myself reasonably strong. That was until I started on the #chadbot. I have seen immense increases in my squat and deadlift. I have been using the AI program since its release. I’ve managed to increase all three of my lifts in competition this year. My squat increased by 60 pounds, bench by 22 pounds and deadlifts by 28 pounds. I attribute the increases to the customizable work loads based on the fatigue rating and exercises focused on correcting weaknesses. The ability to work around injures is also fantastic!
I've been running JuggA.I since the beginning and crikey has it produced the goods. I added 15kg to my squat which let me break the 300kg mark with a 305kg squat. And with only doing sumo for a few months, added 15kg onto that as well. All in all bloody bonza program that is easy to read, follow and manage when mega fatigued. Would recommend/10
I have been using the JuggernautAI system for a bit over 6 months now and have seen tremendous progress in my lifts and overall muscular composition. I love that the programming is not a straight up template but is custom built to the individual. With sets and reps to match your recovery, and accessory movements to target your weaknesses. The fatigue system is also great for those days where you feel like garbage and need a break – or for when you’re feeling really good and want more of a challenge - I really like being able to adjust weights based on how I feel that day!

I never expected to increase my numbers as much as I did in 5 short months. Frequently Asked Questions
The simple answer is yes. 2.0 is a totally new system with different training styles and volume landmarks therefore you will need to start over. If you are currently using the older version of Powerlifting A.I. and less than 12 weeks out from a meet then we highly suggest remaining on that coaching.

One of the keys to success when using JuggernautAI is proper utilization of the Fatigue Ratings. We have added more detail to how your feedback affects your training plan. When you’re feeling great, your fatigue ratings will more quickly impact the aggressiveness of your plan. Feeling rundown? High fatigue ratings will now more rapidly constrain the volume of your training. New End of Week Check-Ins will also create faster and more accurate adjustments to your personalized Volume Landmarks.
Better Accessory Training
We have built out more accessory training protocols to fit into your Powerlifting training. The system will suggest accessory training for you and you can choose from drop-down lists which movements you want to use.
More Percentage Based Training
We have included a robust Max Catalog to keep track of your best lifts in the Big 3 and many variations so that more of your training can be based on percentage ranges, rather than RPE/RIR
Yes, while it shouldn’t supersede the recommendations of a Physical Therapist, there are injury rehab protocols built in to the system to help you get back to Squatting, Benching and Deadlifting.
You can tell the system how many days/week you want to train, between 3 and 6 days/week and it will find the best frequency of primary lifts within that structure. Plus, if the system thinks that you will really benefit from 1 more day/week than you requested, it will notify you of that in case you want to make a change.
Yes, that is part of the initial questionnaire and it will only give you exercises that you can perform with that equipment. Beyond that, Chad’s program design is not reliant on much specialty equipment.
Yes, the system can handle any length of training blocks (from 4+ weeks) to specifically prepare you for your competition date. Part of this process is the system finding the right mix of Hypertrophy, Strength and Peaking phases for your needs and timeframe.
Yes, the athlete’s bodyweight goals are taken into account and influence the different volume thresholds of the program and phase proportions.
