I’ve been following Zack through various social medias for about two years. As I first jumped into weightlifting Zack’s videos and content were a constant go to. Before I signed up for Zack to train me, he would take time out of his day to reply to DM’s and comments whenever I had a question about technique. He is extremely personable and explains technique in a way that makes it very easy to understand. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
Zack has only been my coach for a short time, however during this period I have seen immense technical gains, plus confidence to boot. I feel very comfortable being under his guidance for the foreseeable future.
My shoulders and knees feel these healthiest and strongest they have my entire life. I feel FAST with the bar. I'm far more confident and I have a process I follow every time I approach these bar now. I recently hang snatched my previous pr for a double.
I appreciate the consistency and the way the programming shifts cycles enough to constantly be challenging my body to grow.
Zack recruited me a year ago to be on the JTS team. Since then my competition total has gone up 20+kg in and I won the American Open Series 1. My goal is to win nationals and beyond with him as my coach!
Since I have been working with Zack all of my numbers have gone up. He does a tremendous job of giving me a better understanding of training objectives that will maximize my future competition performances.
