Powerbuilding A.I. 2.0

The Juggernaut Artificial Intelligence Coaching program, powered by SkyNet (patent pending), will take Chad Wesley Smith’s coaching logic and design a program totally individualized for you.

After over a year of incredible progress and hard work from you, our customers, we’re excited to release the next version of our PowerbuildingA.I. This is a huge update to our current system, building on what is undoubtedly the best and most advanced Powerlifting coaching program in existence.

2.0 includes tons of new features such as:

  • Training Balance. You decide how much you want to emphasize your Powerlifting vs Bodybuilding for a more customized training experience.
  • Improved Exercise Selection and Exercise Swapping. Primary exercises are better selected to reflect your body part emphasis and you can easily swap any exercises you choose.
  • Better Systemic Fatigue Management. Volume Landmarks change more appropriately to reflect the emphasis of your training so the biggest problem of PB 1.0 is solved.
  • Improved Use of RIR. Reps in Reserve is an important tool to help measure your stimulus:fatigue and drive growth, PowerBuilding 2.0 uses this measurement more intuitively to drive your progress.
  • More Responsive to Your Feedback. Our improved Readiness Ratings and End of Week Check-Ins help your training adapt better and more quickly to your feedback.
  • Less Super Sets/Giant Sets. While this can still be utilized in your training, it is less emphasized than PowerBuilding 1.0
  • and more!

Frequently Asked Questions

The simple answer is yes. 2.0 is a totally new system with different training styles and volume landmarks therefore you will need to start over. If you are currently using the older version of Powerlifting A.I. and less than 12 weeks out from a meet then we highly suggest remaining on that coaching.

Bridge Programming Option

Create a better Off-Season training plan utilizing more variation, strongman training options, athletic performance training options and an all-around better way to maximize long term training potential

More Periodization Options

Want to try out our Alternating or Undulating Periodization Strategies? You can now opt-in to utilizing these options for more variety and fatigue management PLUS different lifts can now utilize different periodization strategies based on how your different lifts respond.

Simple Exercise Swapping

Want to change an exercise in your program or don’t have access to a certain piece of equipment that day? You can now simply swap your exercise with a drop down menu, quickly and easily.

Refined Volume Landmarks

1000s of athletes have utilized the JuggernautAI Powerlifting system and this has given us a better understanding of Minimum Effective Volume and Maximum Recoverable Volume and this update reflects that to give you better starting points and progression strategies for your training.

More Responsive Fatigue Ratings

One of the keys to success when using JuggernautAI is proper utilization of the Fatigue Ratings. We have added more detail to how your feedback affects your training plan. When you’re feeling great, your fatigue ratings will more quickly impact the aggressiveness of your plan. Feeling rundown? High fatigue ratings will now more rapidly constrain the volume of your training. New End of Week Check-Ins will also create faster and more accurate adjustments to your personalized Volume Landmarks.

Better Accessory Training

We have built out more accessory training protocols to fit into your Powerlifting training. The system will suggest accessory training for you and you can choose from drop-down lists which movements you want to use.

More Percentage Based Training

We have included a robust Max Catalog to keep track of your best lifts in the Big 3 and many variations so that more of your training can be based on percentage ranges, rather than RPE/RIR

…and more!

Yes, while it shouldn’t supersede the recommendations of a Physical Therapist, there are injury rehab protocols built in to the system to help you get back to Squatting, Benching and Deadlifting.

You can tell the system how many days/week you want to train, between 3 and 6 days/week and it will find the best frequency of primary lifts within that structure. Plus, if the system thinks that you will really benefit from 1 more day/week than you requested, it will notify you of that in case you want to make a change.

Yes, as long as you have a rack and barbell you should be all set!

While you can set a meet date we don’t recommend using this program to peak for a real competition. Head over to powerlifting 2.0 for that.

Yes, the athlete’s bodyweight goals are taken into account and influence the different volume thresholds of the program and phase proportions.
