is the guiding principle of Cal Golden Bear Rugby, one of the greatest dynasties in sports, having won 28 of the past 35 collegiate national championships.

Chad Wesley Smith heard Jack Clark, Head Coach of Cal Rugby, speak about this principle during his first week of college and has carried that message with him ever since, making it a foundational pillar on which Juggernaut Training Systems is built.
