Mobility and Stability for Weightlifting

The pursuit of great movement should be the goal of athletes in their pre-training routines. So often though, people become solely focused on mobility, while mobility is important, it is only half of the equation for great movement. A strategic balance between mobility and stability must be struck for lifters to move well, perform optimally and stay healthy.
