    U have told us that you do the front squat at least 2-3 times a week. How can u squat so much in one week? Does this mean that you have 3 squat sessions a week? Can u make a video or elaborate more on how u are able to work all your 3 main moves and assistance exercises all in one week without exausting yourself?
